Position Overview:
The In-house Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions generating leads and closing sales from within the office. This role focuses on handling inquiries preparing quotations and building long-term customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. The position requires a motivated customer-focused individual with strong sales and negotiation skills who can contribute to revenue growth from the Vapi office.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales opportunities.

Respond to customer inquiries prepare quotations and follow up to close deals.

Maintain and update client databases sales records and reports.

Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Coordinate with field sales and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Keep track of market trends and share customer feedback with management.

1-3 years in inside sales telesales or customer relationship management (textiles or B2B preferred)
