Job Overview:
To provide physiotherapy services in aquatic and paediatric wellness settings delivering high quality compassionate care. The Physiotherapist will assess plan implement and evaluate therapeutic programs to aid clients (children infants or those needing water-based therapy) in improving mobility strength balance and overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments for clients (especially children infants) to determine their physical condition limitations and therapy needs.

Plan design and implement treatment programs for aquatic therapy: water-based exercises hydrotherapy techniques using buoyancy water resistance etc.

Deliver paediatric wellness sessions: developmental exercises motor skills coordination balance flexibility strength.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed; maintain accurate and timely documentation (treatment notes progress reports).

Educate caregivers / parents: home exercise programs instructions to support wellness between sessions.

Ensure safety and hygiene: maintain aquatic facility or pool safety supervise transfers in/out of pool ensure compliance with health & safety protocols.

Collaborate with other therapists / healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary approach if needed.

Stay updated with best practices in aquatic therapy & paediatrics wellness; attend periodic trainings / continuing education.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) required; masters (MPT) or specialized training in paediatrics & aquatic therapy is a plus.

Registration/licence as Physiotherapist as per local / state regulations.

For fresher: internships hands-on exposure in clinic / aquatic setting is helpful. For experienced: 1-3 years (or more) in aquatic therapy / paediatric physiotherapy preferred.

Comfortable working with children caregivers and in water environments; patient empathetic good communication.
