Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage and coordinate all sales activities including lead management from online and digital marketing calling sales reference sales offline team coordination and follow-ups to ensure effective sales closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate leads from online and digital marketing campaigns
Handle calling sales and follow up with prospects to convert leads into customers
Manage and track reference sales and ensure timely follow-up
Coordinate with the offline sales team for lead handover and field support
Maintain and update lead and sales data in CRM or relevant tools
Perform regular follow-ups with leads and customers to drive sales conversion
Liaise between marketing sales teams and customers to ensure seamless communication
Assist in preparing sales reports and updating management on lead status
