Job Summary

Profile: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 2-4years

Salary - Upto 60k-65k

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Coordinate with the sales team to onboard clients and provide them with accounting solutions via a team of accountants.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.
Doing preliminary meetings with the client to onboard them.
Oversee the accounting of the clients allotted.
Ensure that all accounting systems and processes are efficient and effective and implement improvements as necessary.
Develop and maintain relationships with accountants within the organization to ensure collaboration and effective communication.
Keep up to date with developments in accounting standards regulations and laws.

Qualifications:

A chartered accountant (CA) qualification is required.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices financial reporting tax compliance and financial analysis.
Experience with financial software and accounting systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
