Job Summary

Role:ITSM Technical Consultant

Jefferson City Missouri - Hybrid

Job Description Summary:

Oversee the implementation of the new ITSM solution and manage migration from the legacy system.
Coordinate with state project teams and vendors ensuring compliance with deliverables.
Validate technical integrations and review configuration for ServiceNow modules.
Conduct audits and provide training plans as required.
Report weekly status risks and key milestones to the project manager.

Key Qualifications Required:

5 years experience in large-scale IT consulting projects within state government
2 years experience with ServiceNow ITSM ITIL 4 and CSDM v4 frameworks
Experience integrating enterprise systems especially IAM/IGA and Microsoft environments
Familiarity with the State of Missouris legacy systems is preferred
