Job Description Summary
Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA testing initiatives within the Banking domain ensuring full coverage and quality across all project deliverables.

Review and analyze business and functional requirements to design detailed test cases.

Manage and coordinate with stakeholders across teams to track progress and resolve blockers.
-
Drive defect triage meetings ensuring timely closure of issues and maintaining QA documentation.
-
Perform both manual and automation testing ensuring robust validation of system functionality.
-
Utilize JIRA/XRAY for test management execution and reporting.
-
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and report test progress and risks proactively.
Required Skills & Experience

5 years of QA experience in the Banking Domain.

Strong ability to review and dissect requirements and translate them into test plans.

Proficiency in JIRA/XRAY for test management.
-
Hands-on experience with Manual Testing and exposure to Automation Testing.
-
Proven experience in stakeholder management and defect triage processes.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
