Job Summary
Role: Salesforce Program Manager
Location: Westboro MA
Duration: 6 months
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce program delivery ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee daily execution track progress manage risks and resolve escalations.
- Coordinate cross-functional and onsite-offshore teams and maintain high team cohesion.
- Regularly report on status risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Define program structure scope goals and success criteria in collaboration with business sponsors.
- Ensure resource allocation budgeting and ongoing sponsorship alignment.
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Program Manager is responsible for overseeing large-scale Salesforce implementations and transformation programs ensuring alignment with business goals managing cross-functional teams and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
