Job Summary

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of ground-up and adaptive reuse construction projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget
Serve as the main point of contact for clients building strong relationships through clear communication and professionalism
Oversee project teams and coordinate with internal self-perform groups and subcontractors
Provide on-site leadership with a strong presence in the field as well as in the office especially while ramping up
Partner closely with estimating and executive leadership to support business growth
Process paperwork like RFIs submittals and change orders
Supporting a Super and PM

Qualifications

3 years of experience working within a construction environment from a General contractor
Public works experience is a must preference
Handling multiple projects at a time

Company size: 150M annual revenue 300M backlog 1.5B bonding capacity with projects up to 500M
