SAP SD Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Developer to design build and deliver innovative SAP SD solutions supporting Apples high-volume order-to-cash processes. This role combines strong SAP SD functional knowledge with hands-on development skills in ABAP enhancements and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom programs enhancements and interfaces in SAP SD to support Apples global order-to-cash processes.
• Configure and extend SAP SD modules (Order Management Delivery Billing Pricing ATP Credit Management).
• Design and implement solutions leveraging ABAP Objects BADIs User Exits BAPIs IDocs and CDS Views.
• Collaborate with functional consultants business stakeholders and integration teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Support end-to-end system development lifecycle: requirements design build unit test integration test cutover and post-go-live support.
• Ensure seamless integration of SD with MM FI Logistics Execution Retail and external customer-facing systems (e.g. Apple Online Store POS AppleCare).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues ensuring stability and scalability for high-volume global transactions.
• Contribute to Apples S/4HANA roadmap developing Fiori/UI5 applications and adopting modern SAP technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in SAP SD with strong development skills.
• Proficiency in ABAP development: Reports BDC ALV SmartForms/Adobe Enhancements BADIs BAPIs IDocs.
• Strong knowledge of SD business processes (Sales Orders Delivery Pricing Billing Returns ATP).
• Experience with performance optimization and debugging in SAP SD custom developments.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA SD simplifications and Fiori applications.
• Good understanding of SD integration points with FI MM WM and Logistics Execution.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to work across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field.
• Experience with S/4HANA CDS views OData services and SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
• Exposure to BRIM Subscription Billing or Revenue Recognition (RAR).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools (Solution Manager ChaRM Jira Git).
• Prior experience in large-scale high-volume SAP SD environments (e.g. retail e-commerce or telecom).
