SENIOR CUSTOMER OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Must be in Southern NVand have reasonable commute to Las Vegas NV due to in-office requirements.
SCHEDULE: Full-Time Monday-Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm and every third Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm PST
COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $27.00 $31.00 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other job-related reasons.)

WHAT YOULL DO
- Supervises coaches and mentors employees in the assigned area(s) providing guidance and support in their day-to-day operations.
- Analyzes customer financial situations and proposes settlement options when necessary.
- Monitors and analyzes data pertaining to the overall employee performance offering constructive feedback to direct reports and ensuring leadership is regularly briefed on employee performance.
- Reports to leadership regularly on department activities and immediately on significant matters.
- Writes and delivers performance evaluations provides ongoing feedback regularly and participates in other employee relation activities such as the disciplinary process as needed.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High School diploma GED or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a supervisory role leading other employees.
- Previous customer service and collections experience and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with empathy and professionalism.
Nice to have but not Required! (Well train you!):
- Previous experience in a call center environment.
- Strong understanding of customer service and financial principles and practices.
