Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic operations initiatives across supply chain customer experience and internal systems.
- Scale service supply chain capabilities to meet future growth and optimize operational processes to reduce inefficiencies.
- Own a significant claims expense line in the P&L and drive cost reduction while maintaining service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Engineering Marketing Sales) and external partners to meet aggressive business targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of managers and contributors.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications :
- 58 years of experience in consulting strategy supply chain operations or a related field.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or relevant Masters degree preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with a bias for action and execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL Tableau Power BI Microsoft CoPilot or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills especially with executive audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
