Job Summary

Role :HAM CRE Supply Chain Specialist

Experience :3-8 years

Location :Gurgaon

Mode :WFO (5 days)

Shift Timings :Working hours:11:00 AM 4:00 PM IST (in-office) followed by a23 hour breakto accommodate commute and meals.

Resume work from - 6:00 PM 10:00 PM IST (remote/online) allowing overlap with US hours (8:30 AM 12:30 PM EDT).

JOB DESCRIPTION :

IT Asset Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT hardware assets from planning and procurement to retirement.

Maintain accurate records in ITAM/CMDB systems likeServiceNow.

2. Procurement Support:

Handle procurement of IT equipment (e.g. laptops networking devices A/V systems software) forreal estate projects such as office expansions or relocations.

Ensure financial and inventory accuracy by tracking purchase orders receipts invoices and chargebacks.

3. Vendor and Contract Management:

Manage vendor relationships negotiate pricing and ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs.

Coordinate hardware maintenance contracts and vendor service delivery.

4. Compliance and Optimization:

Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure contract compliance.

Lead or contribute to audits compliance reporting and process improvement initiatives.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with teams such as Real Estate Engineering Finance Legal and IT to ensure smooth execution

of IT asset-related activities.

6. Process Improvement:

Contribute to the implementation of tools and enhancements to ITAM-related processes.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in IT Asset Management Procurement or Vendor Management.

Strong understanding of IT hardware lifecycle and procurement processes.
Proficiency in asset management tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

Degree in Information Technology Supply Chain Business or a related field.

Certifications:

ITIL Foundation Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) preferred.
