Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Managers plan execute and control a project or set of related projects end to end adhering to client specific or industry standard Project Delivery Framework (PDF) at a scale of up to $5M and with 20 team members with the objective to meet identified business requirements and deliver business value through acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills within agreed parameters of cost timelines risk quality and benefits.

Skills:

Program and project deliveryskills in both agile and waterfall methodologies including effective Change Control Risk Management and Reporting setting up and executing Project Governance and managing Program Leadership and the wider Project Natural team.

Mandatory skills:
Domain Knowledge: It is mandatory to have in depth knowledge of critical activities of Market Risk and Credit Risk in Trading & Supply for Oil & Gas and Energy sector as mentioned below.
Market Risk:
- Position Reporting
- Exposure Reporting
- Value at Risk (VaR)
- Gross Margin Reporting
- Market Data / Price Upload
Credit Risk:
- Trade Finance (Letter of Credit & Guarantee Renewals)
- Bilateral Margining (Cash & L/C Margining)
- Structured Credit
- Cash Application (Processing of DDs)
- Commercial Credit
PM certifications like PMP CSM SAFe. Waterfall & Agile Cloud mobile SAS digital. Vendor Management Governance Project management Scoping & budgeting planning & Tracking assurance & compliance Risk Assessment & Management Stakeholder Management Financial skills Presentation skills Domain knowledge.

Technology skills: Cloud mobile software-as-a-service digital platforms ERP web-based application networking workplace productivity information security (infosec) compliance security control design and implementation cybersecurity ISO 27001:2022 solid understanding of Information Security Data Security Data Privacy aspects in a project.

Professional skills such as leadership (by building and leveraging relationships with senior sponsors the Programme Manager and key stakeholders in particular those in the governance of the project) communication and resilience (both of oneself and by motivating leading and supporting the project or workstream team through periods of uncertainty while managing pressure so that they can delivery successfully).

Education:
Preferred Engineering Degree (B.E/) with 10 years experience in IT with 5 years delivering progressively larger and more complex projects up to $5m teams up to 20. Communication and resilience. Storytelling
