Job Summary:
- We are looking for a Growth Leader who will spearhead recruitment talent management and organizational growth initiatives for our Investment Banking Venture Capital Public Equities and Founders Office Team.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)
- Prior Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity experience OR Prior experience working in a top tier executive search firm focused on Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity Hiring
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IB / PE / VC / Executive Search role
- Ability to independently build talent pipeline manage hiring process negotiate and onboard candidates across levels
- Genuine passion for building the firms talent strategy as a key growth lever for the firm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead and manage the hiring process for our IB PE VC Public Equities and Founders Office divisions.
- Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence: Proactively track talent pools and key industry movements at mid-to-senior levels in the IB PE and VC sectors.
- Pipeline Development: Build a strong talent pipeline and work toward productizing junior-level hiring.
- Culture Development: Shape our workplace culture by studying and implementing best practices from industry leaders.
- Compensation & Incentives: Provide strategic input on our incentive structure by analyzing industry-wide compensation trends and best practices.
