Hiring Directors for our Investment Banking Team

We are seeking a Director to join our entrepreneurial and high-performing investment
banking team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong deal execution skills and the ability
to independently source transactions.

Key Criteria:

-> Led & closed at least 10 deals as a dealmaker (primarily Early Stage/ Series A transactions)

-> Ability to independently source nearly all mandates

-> Ability to independently execute transactions end-to-end

-> Longstanding network with domestic and global PE/VC Funds Family Offices etc. preferably
with the ability to do Early Stage / Series A transactions

-> Should have led a team of analysts/associates in the past

Location:

-> Dexter Capital currently has offices in Bangalore Delhi and Mumbai and is looking to hire in
these 3 locations (exceptions can be made for exceptional candidates if the situation demands)

Compensation:

-> Top-tier compensation (composed of fixed salary performance bonus and long-term
bonus) offered based on candidates past experience and fitment
