About The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or junior lawyer looking to gain hands-on experience across multiple legal areas. Youll support senior lawyers in a variety of matters including property commercial and leasing work while developing practical legal and client service skills.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Learning practice management systems and firm workflows
- Conducting legal research and preparing client advice drafts
- Attending settlements and lodgements via PEXA under supervision
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
- Supporting solicitors with conveyancing leasing and commercial transactions
- Assisting with file management client communications and compliance tasks
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Mandarin speaking preferred but not essential
- Eager to learn and open to feedback in a team-based setting
- Recently admitted or close to admission as a solicitor in NSW
- A strong communicator with attention to detail and organisation
- Passionate about building a long-term legal career in private practice
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a willingness to learn legal systems
- Interested in gaining exposure across property commercial and general practice
