About the position

Are you a seasoned compliance professional with deep expertise in U.S. Government contracting and regulations MAGENTA is looking for a Senior USG Compliance Expert to join us on a long-term framework basis to play a critical role in ensuring that our organisation meets and exceeds all regulatory standards.

Remote position
In this role you will:
Provide advisory on our USG contracts CoAgs and Grants
Provide expert guidance on FAR related regulations
Develop implement and monitor compliance frameworks and internal controls
Partner with leadership to mitigate risk while enabling business growth
Serve as a trusted advisor on ethics compliance and audit readiness

What were looking for:
15 years of experience in USG compliance (federal contracting or related sectors)
Proven track record navigating complex regulatory environments
Excellent communication judgment and problem-solving abilities

Daily rate: $400 (depending on experience and qualifications)
