- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support financial operations by utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing and bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Google Suite applications.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in marketing Google Ads or website management.
- Familiarity with tools like WordPress and SEO platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in office management is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in calendar management to coordinate schedules seamlessly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly office environment.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting functions is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
