Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision strategy and roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with engineering design and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Apply agile methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous product improvement.
- Use data and analytics to measure product performance identify opportunities and guide decision-making.
- Communicate product strategy updates and performance effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ensure that product initiatives are customer-centric and drive engagement retention and revenue growth.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams ensuring requirements are understood and delivered.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Analytics or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in delivering customer-centric data-driven products that drive user engagement and business impact.
- Strong knowledge of product management best practices: backlog management user story development and feature prioritization.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA Aha! or similar.
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools for product performance measurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to bridge gaps between technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- English proficiency (written and spoken).
Preferred / Add-On Experience
- Experience in e-commerce or retail O2O (online-to-offline) environments.
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Tableau) or data-driven products.
- Background in working with customer data and implementing data-driven solutions.
