Position: Senior Product Manager (Acute Therapy)

Work Office: Vantive Healthcare Bangkok Office

Reporting Manager: Country Head of Thailand

Product: Acute Therapy (CRRT)

Job Scope: The Senior Product Manager for will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and execution for the Acute CRRT Portfolio in Thailand. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and medical affairs to drive business growth market share and customer satisfaction.

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for the assigned portfolio collaborating with sales and clinical teams to ensure operational efficiencies and alignment

  • Coordinate with global/regional/local stakeholders to launch new products/services and expand access for key products

  • Collect customer insights and competitive intelligence across the full therapy offering to ensure team is able to deliver value added services with high satisfaction

  • Develop new business opportunities capturing new segments increasing market share and expanding overall CRRT adoption

  • Manage and control the allocated marketing budget ensuring that promotional expenses are within agreed limit and spent effectively

  • To provide appropriate sales forecasts of products under responsibility to the logistic function on the routine basis ensuring effective inventory control

  • Work with internal cross functional teams government affairs communications medical supply chain regulatory to drive overall alignment to achieve brand goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Med Tech Pharmacy Nursing Life Science etc.) Masters degree preferred

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing for Healthcare Business.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry including market trends customer needs and competitor activity.

  • Proven track record of driving business growth launching new products and managing cross-functional teams.

  • Strong understanding of the customer market dynamics and requirements.

  • Available to work in the upcountry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Energetic and able to work independently.

  • Good communication positive attitude strong interpersonal negotiation selling and presentation skills.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Own transportation and drivers license.

  • Market knowledge: Understands the Thai healthcare market including trends competitors and customer needs.

  • Business planning: Develops and executes business plans to drive growth and market share.

  • Financial management: Manages product budgets forecasts sales and analyzes financial performance.

  • Industry trends: Stays up to date with industry trends including new technologies innovations and regulatory changes.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Presentation skills: Presents complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to various audiences.

  • Data analysis: Analyzes complex data sets to inform business decisions.
