Job Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor yield and performance of head products during manufacturing.
- Perform verification characterization and head failure analysis to identify root causes of deviations.
- Provide wafer feedback and communicate with wafer fabrication teams regarding incoming wafer-related issues.
- Analyze process Key Process Input Variables (KPIV) to proactively forecast yield and performance.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to internal and cross-functional teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.

Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Materials Science Physics Mathematics or related field.
- 2- 5 years of experience in product engineering or related industry (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of head technology wafer processes and failure analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for effective communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
SKILLS:
- Basic statistics skills for data analysis and interpretation.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel JMP Python or similar).
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong presentation and reporting abilities.
