MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Solution area Qualifications

• Deep understanding in Exchange server architecture
• Deep understanding in Active Directory architecture
• Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server
• Deep troubleshooting skills with Windows server
• Deep understanding in SMTP DAG Load balancer
• Experience within skills with Failover Clustering
• Experience within PowerShell scripting
• Proven track record in successfully planning deploying operating and optimizing on-premises environments
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex topics in ways that can be understood by technical and business decision makers
• Willingness to travel

Technical Skills - Solution area:

Exchange Server & Active Directory:

• Broad knowledge of on-premises Microsoft products with deep understanding of (at least) three of the following. Exchange Server SCCM Active Directory Sharepoint Server Virtualization Networking.
• Technical experience with on-premises infrastructures architecture designs deployment troubleshooting and technology management.
• At least five years or more project experience.

Proven subject matter expertise in the following:

• 6 years experience in architecture designs deployment troubleshooting technology management
• Self-reliant and strong team player working in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers requirements can change regularly
• Understanding of Microsofts Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
• PowerShellScripting experience

Identity related requirements:

• Experience in designing and implementing Active Directory
• Experience in backup and restore Active Directory
• Experience in troubleshooting Active Directory

Windows Server related requirements:

• Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V) platforms
• Networking (virtualization)
• Failover Clustering
• SCCM
• SCOM

Exchange Server related requirements:

• Good knowledge and experience with Exchange server: designing implementing troubleshooting
• Good experience with Exchange database backup and restore.
