Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays 8 hours per day must overlap 4 to 6 hours daily with US Central Time
  • 40 hours per week

Reporting to: Finance & Operations Manager (Houston-based)
Start Date: ASAP
Engagement: Full-time long-term


Primary Responsibilities

  • Review completed jobs in ServeManager (our process service software) for accuracy before billing.
  • Create and send invoices in ServeManager according to client billing cycles.
  • Confirm rates (routine rush same-day rush etc.) and verify pricing accuracy.
  • Track invoice status record payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Flag discrepancies or missing documentation to the U.S. operations team.
  • Prepare weekly billing and collections summaries.
  • Maintain internal billing accuracy and timeliness metrics.

This role ensures that all completed service jobs are billed accurately and promptly through ServeManager. It is critical for maintaining cash flow and client satisfaction so were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can own this process.




Requirements

  • At least 1 year of billing invoicing or administrative experience (preferably with a service or logistics-based business).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
  • Experience using software platforms such as ServeManager Clio Filevine or similar preferred.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reconciliation and reporting.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
  • Dependable organized and responsive must meet daily and weekly billing deadlines.
