Sales Closer
Responsibilities:
- Close high-ticket software and subscription-based sales deals with federal government clients
- Engage professionally with congressmen lobbyists and government officials
- Follow established sales processes and meet KPIs set by internal sales leadership
- Work collaboratively with existing 8-person sales team and sales director
- Maintain performance metrics consistent with high-ticket sales experience
- Participate in complex B2B sales cycles targeting sophisticated government buyers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience with documented closing KPIs
- Experience in high-ticket sales with quantifiable performance metrics from previous roles
- Background in software sales SaaS or subscription-based selling models
- Strong English communication skills with minimal accent for professional government interactions
- Ability to work effectively with traditional conservative federal government clientele
- Track record of closing deals in service-based rather than product-based sales environments
Scope:
- Base compensation plus commission structure
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
