Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sydney Time (Monday to Friday)
Break: 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

As a Data Processing Coordinator youll play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our clients prospect database. Your work will involve a mix of online research and direct communication with prospects to ensure that their sales team has clean verified data to work with.

Youll directly support the Sales Development team by supplying accurate updated information for outreach effortsand will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas for improving data refinement processes as the company continues to scale.



Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain prospect data in Salesforce ensuring accuracy consistency and organization

  • Call or email law firms to verify business details such as ownership contact information and firm status

  • Research firm websites and directories to validate or enrich company information

  • Record key updates including firm closures mergers rebrands and leadership changes

  • Represent the Smokeball brand with professionalism empathy and attention to detail in all interactions

  • Handle objections or confusion with tact while upholding company values



Requirements
  • Proactive and organized approach with exceptional attention to detail

  • Confidence in making phone calls or sending emails to verify business information

  • Ability to navigate websites directories and databases to fact-check and confirm data

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to ask questions when needed

  • Eagerness to learn and develop proficiency in Salesforce (prior experience is an advantage but not required)
