The Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) is a full-time accelerated management trainee programme where fresh graduates and young professionals are fast-tracked into readiness for leadership roles in three years. The programme is open to all graduating students in 2026 and professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.

It might come as a surprise but we do not have a specific discipline requirement so you do not have to have a background in finance or economics. What will the Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) involve

Youll develop your individual leadership skills by working on live projects and gain broad exposure to the business which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first management role. Requirements for Application

• Eligibility to work in the Philippines at the start of the program

• You have obtained your bachelors degree and have not had more than two years of work experience at the start date of the UFLP (1 August 2026)

Application Process

Our online application period runs until December 16 2025. You will need to have finished until Stage 2 the Online Assessment by the end of the online application period to be eligible for the Unilever Future Leaders Program. We will reach out to you should you qualify to proceed to the Line Manager Interview.

We work on a first-come first-serve basis so finish all stages as soon as case we receive an exceeding number of quality candidates we may decide to close our applications that case we will communicate this.

Stage 2: Online Assessment

Stage 3: Interview with Line Manager

Stage 4: Discovery Center Day
