Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations in Iraq. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales team leadership and market development with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to drive performance and maintain a high level of productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients brokers and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
Oversee end-to-end sales processes including negotiations closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance analysis for management review.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and ethical standards.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of the Iraq real estate market and local business environment.
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
Proven ability to achieve targets and manage high-value property portfolios.
Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.

Required Skills:

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign After Effects Premiere Pro) or equivalent design software. Strong typography layout and color theory knowledge. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. (Preferred) Experience with UI/UX design or web design is a plus.
