Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Executive Indirect Sales to manage and expand sales through third-party channels such as brokers agents and external partners. The role focuses on building strong relationships with indirect sales partners to drive property sales and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with real estate brokers agents and channel partners
Identify and onboard new indirect sales partners across assigned territories
Support brokers with product knowledge pricing payment plans and marketing materials
Track leads and sales generated through indirect channels
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for broker-led sales
Monitor partner performance and achieve indirect sales targets
Coordinate with internal sales marketing and legal teams
Resolve channel partner issues and ensure smooth deal closures
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree or Diploma (preferred)
25 years of experience in real estate sales or channel/indirect sales
Strong communication and relationship-management skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
Good negotiation and coordination skills
Knowledge of the local Iraq real estate market
Valid driving license (preferred)
Required Skills:
Channel sales management Partner onboarding and engagement Negotiation and deal facilitation Reporting and performance tracking
Required Education:
Bachelors degree or Diploma (preferred)25 years of experience in real estate sales or channel/indirect salesStrong communication and relationship-management skills in Arabic (English is a plus)Good negotiation and coordination skillsKnowledge of the local Iraq real estate marketValid driving license (preferred)
