Job Summary
Job Title: Female Beauty Advisor PAN India
Role Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic Female Beauty Advisors to join leading beauty and cosmetics retail stores across India. This role requires engaging with customers providing personalized product recommendations and contributing to store sales while maintaining the highest standards of grooming and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and consult with customers to identify their beauty and skincare needs.
Recommend and demonstrate suitable products across skincare makeup and fragrance.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards during product trials or makeup application.
Meet individual sales targets and support overall store performance.
Ensure visual merchandising standards and stock hygiene are maintained.
Requirements
Background in beauty skincare makeup or fragrance (retail/salon/freelance experience preferred).
Freshers and freelancers with relevant experience (0-11months) are encouraged to apply.
Excellent grooming presentation and communication skills.
Strong passion for beauty with customer-first orientation.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (9 AM 10 PM) and on rotational week-offs.
Educational Qualifications
Minimum HSC (12th pass).
Diploma/Certification from reputed beauty/skincare institutes (e.g. Lakmé VLCC Orane etc.) preferred.
