Title : Analyst Banking Operations Deposit Department (Contract Staff)

Job Description:

The banking operations staff for Deposit Department is responsible for daily operational activities of MUFG Bank Jakarta Branch and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently minimizing risk and maximizing quality of service. Responsible to ensure the Project Unity (Bill Payment and Collection Report) could be implemented according to the timeline and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with bachelors degree from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.25 (out of 4.00) or equivalent.

• Preferable education background: Management Business Administration or similar field.

• Have organizational experience and global exposure would be a plus value

• Have good analytical communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent English both written and verbal

• Has experienced work with Ms. Excel would be an advantage

• Willing to work hard and team player orientation.

Responsibility:

• Assigned as User support analyst to perform User acceptance Test (UAT) documentation (Desk manual Operation manual) and all related matters to ensure Project Unity (Bill Payment and Collection Report) could be implemented in accordance with the timeline and in compliance with project requirements.

• Perform daily operation and various administrative tasks in accordance with internal procedures and manuals as well as internal and BI regulations.

• Deliver extraordinary service to internal and external customers to meet customers expectations.

• Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends products relevant laws and regulations.

• Work in partnership with various departments for daily operations.
