A leading hospitality establishment renowned for its exceptional culinary experience and customer service is seeking a highly driven and experienced Restaurant Supervisor/Manager to oversee the daily operations of its restaurant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership operational excellence and a passion for hospitality ensuring that guests receive an exceptional dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of service efficiency and profitability.
This position is best suited for a professional with a proven track record in restaurant or hotel management capable of leading dynamic teams and driving operational success through innovation discipline and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Management
Oversee and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Implement and enforce operational policies SOPs and quality control measures to maintain brand and service standards.
Monitor daily sales performance guest feedback and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with food safety health and sanitation standards in line with local regulations.
Financial & Business Management
Support budget preparation cost control and revenue management strategies to optimize profitability.
Monitor inventory levels procurement and stock usage to reduce waste and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Analyze sales trends and prepare operational and financial performance reports for management review.
Customer Experience & Quality Assurance
Maintain a guest-centric culture focused on service excellence and personalized experiences.
Handle guest inquiries concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Ensure consistent presentation service quality and adherence to menu and beverage standards.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit train and mentor restaurant staff to build a motivated and service-oriented team.
Conduct performance evaluations coaching and skill development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
Strategic & Brand Support
Collaborate with senior management on business development marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
Support menu planning pricing strategies and product innovation in coordination with the culinary team.
Uphold the restaurants brand image and ensure alignment with the organizations overall vision and values.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 57 years of progressive experience in restaurant or hospitality management including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven ability to manage high-volume restaurant operations and lead diverse teams.
Strong understanding of food & beverage operations cost control and customer engagement strategies.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in restaurant management systems (POS) Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
