EBC is seeking a Senior Safety Coordinator to support operations in Toronto. This role is responsible for monitoring and supporting Health & Safety compliance across assigned construction projects. You will oversee safety-related planning inspections audits incident prevention and training support. You will also guide management and site supervisors in the application of safety standards and corrective measures.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
CRSP designation preferred
Minimum 8 years of safety experience in construction
Strong knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis
Eligible for Secret-level federal security clearance (EBC will assist with application)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong document management and computer literacy skills
Solid knowledge of OH&S Acts and Regulations with ability to explain rationale behind policies
Certifications: NCSO
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French bilingualism is an asset)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
