We are seeking experienced and passionate Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Rockhampton QLD. If you have a genuine commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities and are flexible with working various shifts including mornings afternoons and weekends we would love to hear from you!
In this role you will be based in one of onsite Community Hub facility in Rockhampton caring for the disabled participants that attend for goals achievements and fun activities. Shifts are mostly day services and some weekends for Comac Clients. Must have basic experience with personal care and manual handling with disability clients. Comac duties are taking to appointments and general household. Own Transportation and Drivers Licence with Insurance is required.

What We Look For:
- Preferred but not essential: Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).
- Experience and empathy in providing high-quality support in a SIL environment or with complex disabilities while fostering independence for clients.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days evenings early mornings weekends and sleepovers.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks.
Required Clearances or Willing to Obtain:
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work).
- Open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance.
