The Opportunity
Were seeking a strategic data-driven Director/Senior Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our US-based direct sales this high-impact senior-level role youll partner with executive leadership to drive sales strategy process improvement and operational excellencefueling our next phase of SaaS growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and develop high-performing sales operations teams
- Develop and execute SaaS sales strategies to scale revenue and drive efficiency
- Oversee territory planning forecasting pipeline management and KPI analysis
- Implement and optimize sales enablement tools (Salesforce Power BI/Tableau)
- Standardize and streamline sales processes and reporting
- Drive operational alignment across Sales Finance Marketing and Product
- Support sales target setting incentive plan design and performance management
- Provide actionable business insights to executive leadership

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications
- 10 years in sales operations or sales leadership preferably in SaaS
- 10 years experience with direct and channel partner sales in SaaS environments
- Proven track record of leading direct SaaS sales organizations with measurable revenue and delivery growth
- Deep expertise in SaaS sales operations forecasting pipeline analysis and enablement
- Strong financial and business acumen; ability to model analyze and communicate complex data
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Highly analytical; experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Experience selling into industries such as Government Insurance Education and Financial Services
- Experience with sales operations frameworks and process optimization
- Exceptional leadership communication and executive-level presentation skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Direct sales experience
- Experience in SaaS industry (preferred)
- Experience working with or selling to large big tech SaaS companies (e.g. Microsoft DocuSign etc.)

Preferred Industry Background
We strongly prefer candidates with experience at large high-growth SaaS or technology companiesespecially those serving enterprise clients and regulated industries.
