Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Person to join our dynamic team at Ken Ganley Automotive Group in the this role you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
Responsibilities
- Assist techs and adjusters in selecting required parts.
- Pull and organize parts from stock.
- Answer phone calls - providing price quotes and other information.
- Place orders for parts not in stock.
- Assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
Qualifications
- Must be organized and driven.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive or business preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales preferably within an automotive environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics maintenance and repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in inventory management practices.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
