Job Summary

We are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our ROCKWOOL Warehouse Team in Byhalia MS. This is a night shift position working 7:00PM-7:00AM Friday Saturday & Sunday.

What you bring:

At least 2 years experience operating a forklift clamp truck or pallet jack required.
Preference given to candidates with experience in a continuous flow manufacturing or industrial environment working with automated equipment.
Previous SAP experience preferred.
Organizational and analytical skills.
Basic computer knowledge and skills.

What you will be doing:

Load and unload ROCKWOOL product and materials from pallets skids platforms trucks lifting devices or other transport sources while ensuring no damage to the product and that products are accurately labelled.

Implement a diligent inventory management process to account for product location and distribution which often involves using physical stock counts and investigating discrepancies and adjusting errors.
Maintain work equipment which may require basic troubleshooting and act as a first line of defense for process mechanical and technical issues.
Team player who can work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Ensure the correct product volumes are produced and delivered against production plan and key performance factors as part of the customer order fulfilment team.
