One Vision is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our new 12-hour Front-End Night schedule. This role offers work-life balance job stability and meaningful impact supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Schedule
Saturday-Monday
12-hour shifts (5 PM-5 AM)
Three consecutive nights full-time hours
What Youll Do
Assist with daily living needs (meals hygiene housekeeping medications)
Encourage independence and personal growth
Support community involvement and activities
Transport individuals to appointments/outings
Complete documentation using electronic systems
Assist with household tasks and budgeting

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
At least 18 years old
Valid drivers license auto insurance
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Basic computer skills
Pass background checks & health screenings
Complete all required training
