Job Summary
Education & School Staffing TES Staffing
Location: Rochester NY
Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM3:00 PM
Pay: Base Salary Commission Annual Bonus (commensurate with experience). Starting at $20/hr
Benefits: PTO Sick Time Health Insurance and 401(k) with Company Match after probationary period

Well teach you how to connect talented educators and support staff with schools that need them most. Youll learn every part of the recruiting process from finding the right candidates to guiding them through onboarding all while helping local K12 districts build stronger teams for their students.

What Youll Be Doing
This is a desk-based job with lots of people interaction;youll spend most of your day on the phone and computer talking with teachers paraprofessionals and school leaders. Its fast-paced rewarding and never the same day twice.
Youll:
Recruit and interview candidates for K12 positions with a focus on special education roles
Conduct phone screens and virtual/in-person interviews
Coordinate staff schedules job placements and follow-up communication
Manage onboarding paperwork and compliance (I-9s W-4s etc.)
Enter and maintain data in internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail
Support the recruiting team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Excellent communication skills; confident friendly and professional on the phone
Organized detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities
Passion for education and helping others succeed
Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take direction
Comfortable working with diverse individuals and fast-moving situations
