Essential Responsibilities

• Provide onsite clinical applications training to users equipment in given modality area.

• Co-ordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales service and the Clinical Education Manager.

• Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customers safe and effective use of GE equipments maximising image quality and productivity.

• Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.

• Promote unique differentiators based on customers clinical needs competition values and benefits sought.

• Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.

• Support Trade show/Workshops/show sites/Customer visits.

• Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.

• Document trainings site visits and Customer interactions as per the local protocol.

• Deliver customer presentations at Classroom Education days and user intimacy events.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Qualified radiographer with experience working clinically within Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT.

• Easy to establish relationship with people open and flexible to work outside of the office

• Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)

• Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process)

• Self-motivated and proactive with a keen ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take decisive action to enhance processes and outcomes

• Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset

• Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time

• Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)

• Proficiency in effective communication using the local language

• Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region and be present at customer sites for 70-80% of the working time (on average annually)

• Valid driving license

• Required languages: Romanian AND English

• Computer skills

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience teaching Molecular Imaging to Radiographers/Radiologists

• Post-graduate qualification in Molecular Imaging

• Knowledge of GEs or competitors products

• Previous experience as an Application Specialist
