Job Description Summary
As a Clinical Education Specialist you will be responsible for delivering and co-ordinating training on GE HealthCares Molecular Imaging products. This training is mainly delivered at a hospital site but also through phone and digital methods. The Clinical Education Specialist owns support within the Molecular Imaging install base. Responsibilities will include also product demonstrations during pre-sale activities and congresses.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Provide onsite clinical applications training to users equipment in given modality area.
Co-ordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales service and the Clinical Education Manager.
Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customers safe and effective use of GE equipments maximising image quality and productivity.
Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
Promote unique differentiators based on customers clinical needs competition values and benefits sought.
Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
Support Trade show/Workshops/show sites/Customer visits.
Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.
Document trainings site visits and Customer interactions as per the local protocol.
Deliver customer presentations at Classroom Education days and user intimacy events.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualified radiographer with experience working clinically within Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT.
Easy to establish relationship with people open and flexible to work outside of the office
Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)
Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process)
Self-motivated and proactive with a keen ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take decisive action to enhance processes and outcomes
Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
Proficiency in effective communication using the local language
Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region and be present at customer sites for 70-80% of the working time (on average annually)
Valid driving license
Required languages: Romanian AND English
Computer skills
Desired Characteristics:
Experience teaching Molecular Imaging to Radiographers/Radiologists
Post-graduate qualification in Molecular Imaging
Knowledge of GEs or competitors products
Previous experience as an Application Specialist
