The Service & Team:
Our ambition for Adult Social Care is to maximise independence improve quality and deliver sustainability through integrated working with Health. We are involved with delivering a modern high quality value for money service that meets the needs of the population now and is ready to meet the needs of residents of Cornwall in the future. Our programme over the next three years aims to improve our performance for the people who use services the people who provide services and the people who pay for our services. As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will play a key role in the future development of Adult Social Care data intelligence and reporting helping to develop and drive performance management across the service.
The Role:
We are looking for someone with attention to detail to provide support within the Performance Data Team that handles data for Adult Social Care.
You will be responsible for the analysis collation and distribution of reporting as directed by the Service Manager and the Performance and Data Manager. You will be expected to analyse performance information and provide narrative to support data and to support operational Heads of Service to manage their locality performance.
In addition you will contribute to the development and design in social care data sets dashboards and information as appropriate to reflect the information needs of the organisation which will underpin decision making and service shaping.
Working Pattern:
Monday - Friday (37 hours)
