As a key member of our operations team youll have the chance to support both routine and exciting non-routine testing assignments by preparing tooling fixtures and setting up of equipment. While working under minimal direct supervision youll gain hands-on experience and contribute to high-impact projects that support a variety of industries.

Prepare test items for testing or work with customers to prepare test items for testing.
Construct and maintain various test fixtures and other laboratory equipment.
Operate under the supervision of a more experienced test technician/engineer.
Possess the ability to work alone periodically throughout the workday with supervision
Understand what must be completed each workday and takes the initiative to complete those tasks properly and efficiently - does not require close time management and proactively looks for opportunities to improve or be more effective
Accountable for technical activities of a limited scope once trained and may attain additional responsibilities for release of standard and/or routine data to clients.
Possesses the ability to effectively communicate professionally across functions
Effective liaison with Test Engineers other departments customers contacts and external suppliers
Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health Safety and the Environment
Will be expected to obtain guidance if non-routine situation testing occurs.
