Our in-house Leasing team shapes the retail landscape of our Westfield destinations. Working with over 4000 retail partners we deliver a diverse and high-performing retail mix tailored to each local community. We take pride in curating experiences that balance the best of fashion dining fresh food lifestyle and entertainment.

Our team is focussed on:

• Attracting and retaining leading and emerging retail brands
• Negotiating new lease deals and renewals
• Developing and executing retail leasing strategies
• Ensuring the highest shop design and presentation standards

Your Opportunity:

Were seeking a motivated Leasing Executive to manage kiosk leasing across four Westfield destinations in our NSW portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leasing professional looking to step into a market-leading organisation with a clear pathway to progress into shop leasing and broader portfolio roles within our business.

Youll play a key role in driving commercial outcomes enhancing retailer relationships and delivering the right mix of brands to maximise performance across your centres.

What Sets You Apart

You thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment and have a proven track record in retail leasing whether from a landlord or agency background. You combine commercial insight with relationship-building finesse and are motivated by achieving great results for both the business and our retail partners.

• Retail leasing experience with a shopping centre landlord operator or as an agent representing owners or retail groups
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to structure and close deals that deliver superior financial results
• Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data identify opportunities and develop effective leasing strategies
• Exceptional relationship management you understand retailers needs and can build trusted long-term partnerships
• A proactive and resilient mindset youre self-motivated solutions-oriented and enjoy taking ownership of projects from concept to completion
• A team-first attitude you enjoy collaborating with internal stakeholders in design development operations and legal to deliver the best outcomes
