Were seeking a motivated Service Planner to join a busy industrial service team in Mulgrave Victoria. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience coordinating technicians parts and service jobs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule allocate and monitor daily service jobs and technician workloads
Coordinate parts orders equipment hire (e.g. EWP/scissor lifts) and job materials
Manage customer communication including booking confirmations and updates
Track work progress productivity and budgeted hours
Prepare purchase orders and ensure system accuracy
Maintain workshop records delivery coordination and equipment tracking
Support reporting and customer KPI tracking for major clients
Participate in toolbox and HSE meetings ensuring safety and compliance standards are met

About You

Minimum 2 years experience in service planning scheduling or coordination
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling systems
Able to work effectively under pressure in a team or independently
Safety-focused reliable and proactive
