Part-time job: must be available Friday Saturday and especially Sunday mornings.
Summary:
The Morning Cook will help prepare food efficiently maintain a clean working environment and work with the team to provide a positive guest experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and procedures to cook food to order which could include vegetables and meat
- Ensure food is safe and of good quality and meets company and guest preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment including the kitchen equipment and storage areas
- Prepare special meals or substitute items
- Ensure proper portion arrangement and food garnish
- Maintain food logs
- Monitor quality and quantity of food that is prepared
- Communicate effectively with the chef F&B service staff and the rest of the team
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards presentation standards and food preparation checklist
- Assist in the coordination of opening and closing of breakfast as well as line prep duties
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk sit or stand for extended periods time
- Ability to lift pull and push moderate weight
- Additional tasks may be assigned at any given time
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 years of restaurant experience is required
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior related culinary experience
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets education work experience certifications etc. We comply with all minimum wage laws as addition to your annual salary we offer a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contributions (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
