We are looking for Lead Quality Assurance.This position willbefull-timeand Hybrid Bengaluru.
What Youll Do
- Lead the design and execution of both manual and automated test cases for
- Desktop web and API-based applications.
- Analyze requirements and identify high-impact test scenarios for automation.
- Build and maintain robust automation frameworks suited for different types of
- applications and platforms.
- Track report and manage defects collaborating with development teams for
- timely resolution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development product and
- DevOps to ensure quality across the lifecycle.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Provide mentoring or technical guidance to junior QA members if needed.
- Clearly communicate test strategies plans and results to stakeholders.
What Youll Need
Required:
- Proficient in Java JavaScript Gherkin or any other programming language.
- Hands-on experience in developing automation frameworks and writing test
- scripts using tools such as Test Complete ACCELQ Ready API Selenium
- TestNG Cypress TESTRAIL etc.
- Exposure to a range of automation tools for UI API and performance testing.
- Experience in creating customized reports and integrating them with test
- management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of test design techniques QA methodologies and SDLC
- (Agile & Waterfall).
- Strong skills in database technologies like SQL or PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and hands-on contribution to automation in CI/CD pipelines.
Physical Demands
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor.
