To learn more: Corporation of Americaseeks aSenior Strategy and Planning SpecialistinSan Jose CAtowork with Sony R&D members to conduct assessments of highly technical proposal submissions to the annual Sony Research Award Program.RequiresaMasters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience negotiating and overseeing implementation of university agreements/contracts; interfacing with U.S. university professors and staff to discuss IP matters publications and sponsored research; educating advising and managing intellectual property; negotiating intellectual property related terms in sponsored research agreements license agreements and confidentiality/nondisclosure agreements; interfacing with legal counsel IP counsel risk management and export control departments to ensure company is protected with liability representation and other legal provisions; and in executing duties utilizing CLM/innovation management software and defining CLM best practices.In the alternative we will accept aBachelorsdegree and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience.Telecommuting and/or working fromhome may be permissiblepursuant tocompany policies.Salary Range:$144500.00$150000.00/year.
