As Office Support Representative at our Paris Office you will deliver exceptional service across various areas to both colleagues and external visitors always ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. With a curious service-minded and inclusive approach you will handle a wide variety of requests and tasks related to the front desk and office area. You will be the heart of the office and a valued member of our fantastic Office Support team - the team behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly every day. You will report to Office Support Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Office Support Representative (Front Office) your main contribution will be to represent the brand and welcoming external guests to our Paris Office as well handling and coordinating all incoming requests and guide our colleagues accordingly. You will play a vital role in ensuring a professional inclusive and service-focused experience in every interaction by:

• Greet and guide external guests ensuring a seamless and welcoming arrival experience
• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries with accuracy and care
• Support colleagues with office-related requests and day-to-day needs
• Monitor and replenish consumables and supplies to keep the office running smoothly
• Coordinate clothing allowance tracking for employees
• Assist with travel and taxi bookings
• Provide light facility support and liaise with service providers
• Assist in the coordination of internal office events especially during fashion weeks
• Ensure the entrance area reflects our brand and meets aesthetic expectations

• A few years in the service-field
• Experience in reception or similar role is meriting
• Experience working in a creative agency or design-driven environment is a plus
• Strong Microsoft skills (Office Teams) and at ease working on Mac
• Fluent in English and French both verbally and in writing
