The Programme Management Lead is a senior delivery leader accountable for planning coordinating and driving complex crossfunctional multigeography programmes that support the firms strategic objectives. Working within a global professional services technology organisation this role provides strategic programme leadership establishes robust governance manages interdependencies across projects and suppliers and ensures delivery is on time on budget and achieves agreed quality and benefits realisation targets.

What youll do:

  • Define own and govern programme scope roadmap milestones success criteria and benefits realisation.
  • Establish and operate programme governance (steering committees working groups) to enable timely decisionmaking and visibility.
  • Drive integrated planning across constituent projects; manage dependencies sequencing and resource constraints including stakeholder communications.
  • Oversee programme financials: budgeting forecasting cost control and benefits tracking.
  • Identify assess and mitigate enterpriselevel risks and issues; maintain risk registers and escalate as required.
  • Oversee change control configuration and release coordination across the programme.

What were looking for:

  • Extensive programme leadership experience (typically 10 years) delivering complex largescale multiyear multigeography programmes.
  • Proficiency in programme and project management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying AI-led solutions.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen including budget management forecasting and benefits realisation.
  • Demonstrable vendor and contract management experience across commercial delivery models
  • Familiarity with enterprise technologies and delivery models (cloud SaaS ERP CRM integration platforms).
  • Strategic thinker with a strong operational focus and attention to delivery detail.
  • Effective communicator who adapts style for different audiences and secures buyin from stakeholders.
