Job Summary
Country Manor is hiring a Life Enrichment Programmer for our Assisted Living Memory Care Unit.
As a Life Enrichment Programmer youll get to know each of our uniquely wonderful residents and develop/host activities (small group and 1:1) that cater to their personal interests hobbies and life experiences.
This position is part-time day hours including every 3rd weekend.
Life Enrichment Programmer Responsibilities Include:
- Visiting with residents one on one
- Helping to create activity calendars
- Planning and leading activities and special events
- Transporting residents to and from activities
- Visiting and interacting with residents during activities
- Assessing residents to establish individualized activity programs based on their needs
The ideal candidate will have a caring and outgoing personality enabling them to lead and interact with residents during activities. Experience with memory loss preferred.
