Note: Some travelling involved to Europe for the project and team meetings. ideally someone local to Washington. Would be open to remote working for the right person.

What Youll Do:

Integration Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage detailed integration roadmaps with clear milestones deliverables and success metrics.

  • Establish and maintain project timelines across multiple global workstreams including enabling functions ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational readiness.

  • Track progress against timelines and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or risks.

Meeting Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead recurring integration meetings with cross-functional teams and leaders from Just-Evotec and other companies stakeholders ensuring clear agendas action items and follow-ups.

  • Facilitate decision-making forums and establish governance for critical issues.

  • Prepare and present regular updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

RACI Development & Governance

  • Define and maintain RACI matrices for all integration workstreams to ensure clarity in roles responsibilities and accountability.

  • Align cross-functional teams on ownership and decision-making authority for shared services and deliverables.

  • Monitor participate and adhere to governance structures and recommend adjustments as needed.

Operations Support

  • Serve as a strategic liaison between Just-Evotec operations and the other stakeholders development teams.

  • Ensure alignment on technical requirements timelines and quality standards for biologics production and tech transfer.

IT & Systems Integration

  • Partner with IT teams to harmonize platforms data systems and digital tools across organizations.

  • Support infrastructure alignment cybersecurity protocols and data governance.

Enabling Functions Integration

  • Partner with enabling functions teams to coordinate and oversee separation and transferred services and independence across processes people and systems

Training & Enablement

  • Oversee the development and deployment of training programs upskilling and the like to support integration goals.

  • Ensure effective onboarding knowledge transfer and capability building across teams.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelors degree in life sciences engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of7 yearsof experience in biotherapeutic development at aCDMO or biotech company;10 yearsstrongly preferred.

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional integration or transformation programs.

  • Strong understanding of biologics manufacturing processes regulatory requirements and GMP environments.

  • Exceptional organizational communication and facilitation skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet MS Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g. Teams SharePoint). PMP or similar project management certification.

  • Experience with digital transformation or IT integration projects.

  • Familiarity with tech transfer process development and quality systems.

Note that this role is a three (3) year fixed term RFT role with an expected end date of 12/31/2028. The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $168000 to $200000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individuals skills experience and competitive market value.
